ABOUT CARNEGIE HALL

Refunds will be given if a Carnegie Hall event is cancelled by Carnegie Hall.  If you are unable to use your tickets to a Carnegie Hall event, you may donate them back to the Hall. To convert your ticket purchase to a donation, please notify Carnegie Hall prior to the performance either by email, by calling 304-645-7917, or in person at the Box Office. Ticket cancellations of any type cannot be accepted after the performance has begun. A tax receipt for your Carnegie Hall donation will be provided upon request.
